Open the Pumper Pro app and choose a plan (Monthly, Annual, or Per Job). All payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store. You can start with a free trial — no charge until the trial period ends.

Go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pumper Pro → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Pumper Pro cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf — this must be done through Apple.

Pumper Pal uses AI to understand your commands and takes action in the app. It works best in quieter environments, but is designed for field use.

Absolutely. Pumper Pro is built for all liquid waste operations — septic pumping, grease trap cleaning, portable toilet servicing, and waste hauling. The job types, quotes, and invoicing all support these service categories.

Since payments are processed by Apple, refunds must be requested through Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find your Pumper Pro purchase, and request a refund. Apple typically processes refunds within 48 hours.

Email admin@pumperpro.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email associated with your account. We'll delete all your data within 30 days. Make sure to cancel your subscription first through iOS Settings.

Your existing jobs, quotes, and company data are cached locally so you can view them without internet. Creating new jobs, generating quotes, and using the voice assistant require an internet connection. Data syncs automatically when you're back online.
