Privacy Policy

Pumper Pro ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Pumper Pro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your phone number for authentication via SMS verification. If you use email login, we collect your email address and password.

Business Information: Company name, address, phone number, license number, and other business details you provide during setup.

Job Records: Customer names, addresses, job types, schedules, notes, quotes, invoices, and payment records you create within the app.

Voice Data: When you use the Pumper Pal voice assistant, your speech is processed using on-device speech recognition (Apple Speech framework). The resulting text transcript is sent to our AI processing service for intent parsing. Voice audio is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored. Text transcripts may be temporarily held during your conversation session and are not retained after the session ends.

Device Information: We may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and performance improvement.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Location Data: Pumper Pro does not collect or track your geographic location.
• Contacts: We do not access your device's contact list.
• Browsing Data: We do not track your browsing activity outside the app.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Pumper Pro app and its features
• To authenticate your identity via phone number or email
• To process voice commands through the Pumper Pal AI assistant
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To send transactional communications (verification codes, receipts)
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

4. Third-Party Services

Pumper Pro uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Supabase — Database hosting and user authentication. Your business data is stored securely on Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Twilio — SMS delivery for phone number verification. Twilio receives your phone number to send verification codes. Twilio Privacy Policy
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing for the Pumper Pal voice assistant. Text transcripts of your voice commands are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy
• RevenueCat — Subscription management. RevenueCat processes your subscription status and purchase history. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Apple — Payment processing for in-app purchases and subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple Privacy Policy

5. Data Retention

Your business data (jobs, quotes, invoices, company info) is stored as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, contact us at admin@pumperpro.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Voice transcripts are processed in real-time and are not permanently retained after your conversation session ends.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), secure database hosting, and authentication tokens. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Pumper Pro is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

8. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell your personal information)
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website. Your continued use of Pumper Pro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
