These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pumper Pro mobile application ("App") operated by Pumper Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Pumper Pro is a job management application designed for septic pumping, grease trap, portable toilet, and waste hauling professionals. The App provides voice-assisted job creation, quote generation, invoicing, scheduling, and business management tools.
To use Pumper Pro, you must create an account using your phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App for business purposes.
Auto-Renewal: Pumper Pro subscriptions (Monthly and Annual plans) automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pumper Pro → Cancel Subscription.
Free Trial: New subscribers receive a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pumper Pro does not directly collect or store your payment information. For refunds, contact Apple Support or request a refund through your App Store purchase history.
Per-Job purchases are consumable, one-time purchases that unlock one job creation. These are non-refundable once used.
Prices may change with notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.
Pumper Pal is an AI-powered voice assistant that helps you manage your pumping business. Please be aware:
You retain ownership of all business data you create in the App (jobs, quotes, invoices, company information). We store this data on your behalf to provide the service. You may request a complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting admin@pumperpro.app.

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned outages when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pumper Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pumper Pro from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to delete your data. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, but your data deletion rights under our Privacy Policy remain.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
