These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your use of the PumperPro mobile application ("App") published by Christopher Enos ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
PumperPro is a job management application for septic pumping, grease trap, portable toilet, and waste hauling professionals. The App provides job creation, quotes, invoicing, scheduling, document management, and business tools.
You may use PumperPro in guest mode or create an account with your email and password. You are responsible for your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App for business purposes.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: PumperPro offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription automatically renews and your Apple ID is charged for the renewal.
How to Cancel: Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select PumperPro → Cancel Subscription. You can also manage subscriptions in the App Store app under your account.
Free Trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and you will be charged.
Refunds: Payments are processed by Apple. For refunds, contact Apple Support or request a refund through your App Store purchase history.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may vary by region. Price changes do not affect your current paid period. Apple may display localized pricing at checkout.
Per-job purchases are consumable, one-time unlocks for creating a single job. They do not auto-renew. Consumable purchases are generally non-refundable once used.
Uploaded documents may be processed by AI for field detection. You are responsible for verifying all detected information before use. Uploaded files are not retained on our servers after processing completes.
You retain ownership of business data you create in the App. You may request deletion by contacting admin@pumperpro.app. See our Privacy Policy for data practices.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, share accounts with unauthorized users, or interfere with App infrastructure.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App and cancel your subscription.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
