PumperPro ("we," "us," or "our"), published by Christopher Enos, operates the PumperPro mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account Information: Email address and password when you create an account. Guest mode is available with limited functionality.
Business Information: Company name, address, phone, license number, and details you provide during setup.
Job Records: Customer names, addresses, job types, schedules, notes, quotes, invoices, and payment records you create.
Uploaded Documents: When you use Upload & Fill, documents may be sent to our AI service for field detection. Files are not retained on our servers after processing.
Device Information: Basic device type, OS version, and app version for troubleshooting.
Business data is stored while your account is active. To delete your account and data, email admin@pumperpro.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use encrypted transmission (TLS/SSL), secure hosting, and authentication tokens. No electronic storage is 100% secure.
PumperPro is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
California residents may request to know, delete, or opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). Contact admin@pumperpro.app.
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted here or in the app. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
